Delivery Procedure and Rules

Please comply with the following procedure and rules if you consider sending samples to the facility.

1. Applying for the service: contact the coordinator of facility and fill out the service request form

  • Check the google calendar and pick-up a service opening day for submitting your sample
  • TWO WEEKS before sample submission, E-mail the coordinator of facility for
    (1) making an appointment with the coordinator of facility for an in-person meeting
    (2) reserve the service date
  • Before the meeting, the user will fill out the request form (preliminary version); however, if there is any information uncertain or incorrect, it can be revised in the meeting with the coordinator
    The most important purpose of this in-person meeting is to obtain a solid understanding of the user’s experiment design, so the service can be optimized accordingly
  • After the meeting, the finalized form will be brought back by the user who will then ask his/her lab PI or supervisor to sign the form.
  • After the coordinator receive the singed request form, then the application process will be completed.

2. Submit samples

  • After receiving permission from PI of DIA Proteomics Service, the coordinator informs user and arranges the date of sample delivery
